Fairbanks Lutheran Church

On Sunday, April 11, 2010 after services at 12:15pm there will be a Congregational Meeting to vote for the approval of a $1.17 million dollar loan from ELCA Mission Fund Investment. We encourage all church members to attend and those who are interested to hear about the plans for our new building.

The annual Church Garage Sale is on Fri-Sat, May 7th & 8th. Many people have volunteered to help but we still need a few coordinators and enclosed trailers to store things ahead of time and canopies to put up in the parking lot in the event there is rain! Sign up to help on the sign up sheet in the narthex or give us a call at the church office 907-452-3425. 65th Church Anniversary Celebration Congregation Photo

A great time was had by all on the celebration of  Fairbanks Lutheran Church’s 65th anniversary. Our Sunday, August 23rd, 2009 celebration worship service and potluck luncheon was attended by many current and past friends. Many of those not able to attend sent their greetings and reflections on our history along with pictures.

Thank you to all who helped make our celebration memorable!
